Orders
You will receive email confirmation at the time you place your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into YOUR ACCOUNT and viewing MY ORDERS.
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. At this point your order status will be updated to "complete" and you can track your package by visiting UPS.COM and providing the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com order, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com will reject all returned merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or pet hair. Refunds will not be issued on rejected returns and merchandise will be returned to the customer.
Please note, international orders that are returned will not be eligible for a refund on taxes, duties, or shipping costs.
A fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund when using the provided USPS return label.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased during the holiday season, November 14, 2023 to December 8, 2023 may be eligible for a return through January 8, 2024. Items purchased after December 9, 2023 adhere to the 30 day return policy. The same return & exchange policy rules and restrictions apply. Returns must be un-washed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com will reject all returned merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains or pet hair. Refunds will not be issued on rejected returns and merchandise will be returned to the customer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Your refund will be processed in the same form as the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Merchandise received after the 30 day return policy, with prior approval, will be issued a store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of returned goods, www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
We only accept returns that were purchased on www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com. We will not accept Velvet Boutique purchases and Velvet by Graham & Spencer merchandise that was purchased at any other retailers.
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com. For assistance, please contact us at [email protected].
Price Adjustments may only be issued in the original tender within 5 days of the ship date. If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, upon request, we will be glad to offer a price adjustment. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock.
Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item. Sale items are not eligible for adjustments after it has been further marked down.

Shipping
All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS and USPS on business days only (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays. At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Velvet ships within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to PO boxes must be sent via our Standard Ground option. For information about International Shipping, please contact us at [email protected]
Ground orders are not always shipped on the same day they are placed; please allow 1-2 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.
Expedited orders (2nd Day and Next Day) placed after 12 pm PST will ship the following business day. Expedited orders placed before 12 pm PST ship same day.

Velvet by Graham & Spencer has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Zonos. Simply click the bottom left icon on our site, and choose your shipping country. Zonos will display information about duties and taxes incurred for your shipping country. You will add items to your cart and at checkout, you will be taken to the Zonos checkout page, where you will fill out your customer and shipping information. Please note, international orders that are returned will not be eligible for a refund on taxes, duties, or shipping costs. International shipping is currently available from Velvet by Graham & Spencer. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to many destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
Shopping
Once you've found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click "add to shopping bag."
Items remain in your shopping bag for the entire time you are actively shopping on the site. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
We continuously update our website and inventory so that it reflects all items available for purchase. Occasionally, however, we may sell out of certain products. If an item is out of stock on our website, we are happy to help you find it for purchase from another retailer, if possible. Call Customer Service at 888-291-7412 so that we can provide stockist information for you.
Click the "checkout" button when you are finished shopping and you will be directed to sign in to your account. If you do not have an account, you will be instructed to create one in order for us to complete your purchase. By creating an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple addresses, view and track you Velvet purchases, manage your online returns and control your email preferences with ease. If you do not wish to register, you may also checkout as a guest.
We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all order information you submit through our Website, and we only use the last five digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, during order processing, we will encrypt and transmit your entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company. We cannot, however, guarantee that our security measures will absolutely prevent unauthorized access to or loss of data.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com gift cards and store credits as payment methods.

You may redeem your discount code during the checkout process by entering your code in the field marked "PROMO CODE." With some exceptions, you may not use more than one discount code at a time.
You must have a valid credit card number at the time of checkout (for verification purposes), even if your store credit or discount code covers the entire cost of yoru purchase. Your credit card will only be charged if a balance remains on your order.
All terms, conditions and policies - including our returns policy - still apply to orders in which a discount code have been applied. In case of a return, only the amount charged to a credit card or gift card refundable, we cannot refund the discounted amount.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shopping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to certain states. Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout by Ship-to Address zip code. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.

Virtual gift cards never expire, have no fees and are redeemable at www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com and Velvet retail stores. E-Gift cards are immediately redeemable once the recipient receives the email notification. Delivery to an incorrect or invalid email address is sole responsibility of the purchaser. www.velvetbygrahamspencer.com is not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift cards. E-Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards are not returnable. If you return any item from an order in which partial or full payment was made using a gift credit, you will receive your refund in the form of a gift card or store credit. Gift cards are only redeemable in the United States.
VELVET REWARDS
If you are already signed up for a Velvet account, you were automatically enrolled, and your 100 points should be in your account. Otherwise, sign up for an account by clicking Login at the top right corner.
You can earn points by signing up for an account, referring friends, making purchases, and subscribing to our social channels and email.
You can redeem your points on the rewards tab. Points can be redeemed for Gift Cards to be used at the time of your next purchase.
You can find your referral URL after signing into the Velvet Rewards dashboard. Feel free to share with your friends and family, on your blogs and social media profiles! Don't forget to tag @velvettees.
Velvet Rewards launched May, 13, 2021. Unfortunately, we will not give points for purchases made before May, 13th.
It takes 30 days from the time your package ships for your points to be redeemable. It can also take 48 hours for us to process your activities and provide points. If it has been longer than 48 hours, please email us at here.
If you were a member of our former program available only in the retail stores, any unused Reward Dollars can be redeemed in-store only by their expiration date. Terms and conditions of the former program apply.
No, you can use all your points in one transaction.
Approved: you earned these points which can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Points for purchases are approved 30 days after the purchase ships.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. Cancelled points are typically from returned purchases.
This perk is for Elite members only. We welcome you and your friends to shop before or after hours while enjoying a discount off your purchase and more for an exclusive VIP shopping experience.
If you have an account with us (you have made a purchase AND gave your email address) then you don’t need to take any action to sign up for their new program. If you do not have an account, you can sign up here or at your next visit to a retail store. You will begin to earn points upon making a purchase or connecting with us here.
The refund will be issued to the original payment methods. If you used a gift card you redeemed from our loyalty program, you will receive the same amount back on to your gift card.
